Powdered Facewash is FOR YOU

Powdered Facewash is FOR YOU

Drop the soap, at least for you face!

15 years ago I stopped using soap on my face and went to just sea salt. I still had acne and could never figure it out.

7 years ago, with 13 years of herbs and nutrition uner my belt at that time, I started powdering my sea salt and playing with additions like spirulina, oatmeal, and herbs. Suddenly I was cranking out gallon size bottles and giving it away to friends who kept coming back for more because their acne was gone and their skin was feeling amazing.

A company was born on accident, but it was just the beginning of my journey toward being a hub of natural skin care products. Clients started calling with problems and I started fixing them.

I am passionate about my facewash and here is why:

1. Soap, even natural handmade soaps, are made to strip the skin of oil. This inevitably causes imbalance.

2. My facewashes deliver a base of food-grade ingredients full of naturally occurring vitamins and alpha-hydroxy acids.

3. I started to see clearly that no two people are alike when it comes to skin care and everyone needed a different blend of herbs to fix certain problems. Through asking clients many questions, I began to see where the problems were likely stemming from and what the skin needed to right itself.

4. Don't put things on your skin that you wouldn't put in your mouth.

5. My retention rate once someone orders is 95%. I keep my clients for life because it works.

Benefits of Each Ingredient

Organic Oats- Oats have been used for skin maladies since 2000 bc. They should not be forgotten as one of the original skin remedies. Oats contain sopanins which attach to impurities and gently remove excess oil from the skin with absolutely no drying or tightening of the skin. Colloidal oatmeal was recognized by the FDA as a skin protectant in 2003. It is one of the few herbs recognized in the United States for its natural properties. Oats 6 major components that are recognized as scientifically beneficial for skin. Avenanthramides (anti-itch, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-irritant), avenacins (sopanin and anti-fungal), flavanoids (anti-bacterial, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory), phenolics (antioxidant), Beta-Glucan (sought after skin ingredient now because it is highly penetrative and has shown to have more ling term hydration protection than hyaluronic acid, speeds healing), lipids (work to protect the skin, antioxidant), and peptides.

Oats provide all those benefits and otherwise expensive components in one beautiful place.

Sea salt- natural detoxifier, highly effective anti-bacterial, exfoliator.

Himalayan Pink Salt- provides minerals and trace minerals in their ultimate natural form for the skin.

Organic Yucca Root Powder- also known as "soap root." This is a wonderful natural cleanser and lathers slightly on it's own. Not only does it cleanse, it also contains a wealth of nutrition for the skin: calcium, potassium, Vitamins A, B and C, iron, copper, manganese, and phosphorus.

Organic Cape Aloe Vera- Cape Aloe is the world's most active aloe vera with twice as many healing monosacharides and up to 3 times the amino acid content of typical aloe vera. Cape Aloe is such a wonderful skin treatment because it can be applied to the most tender and sensitive skin with amazing results. Cape Aloe grows only in the lowest region of South Africa and was not available in the United States until recently.

Organic Spirulina- spirulina is one of the most complete forms of protein and nutrition. It is a concentrated form of vitamins, minerals, proteins and carotendoids -- a type of antioxidant. Spirulina contains vitamin E, beta-carotene, vitamin B complex, zinc, copper, iron, manganese and gamma linoleic acid.
