We have carefully formulated a toner especially for those who experience hyper-pigmentation.
Scientific Research has recently discovered that Burdock Root is a wonderful herb to treat hyper-pigmentation. It lightens age spots and skin when used internally or topically.
We have also included powdered Rosehip for the high vitamin C as well as 32 other minerals and vitamins such as beta carotene, bioflavinoids, calcium, citrates, citric acid, iron malates, malic acid, niacin, phosphorus and vitamins A, B1, B2, E, K. All of these will feed your skin throughout the day in a few spritzes.
This formula is nearly a serum in itself. I don't believe that skin actually needs a toner. It does often need a daily nutrition boost and it is a good idea to give it a thin layer of bio-available vitamins and minerals daily.
