Multani Mitti Clay is highly detoxifying for the skin and systems of the body when used as a mask. It is very astringent. Helps with lymphatic drainage by stimulating the flow of lymphatic system by gently pulling up through the skin.
In a world of toxins, full body clay masks are helpful as a reset for the skin as it removes toxins from deeper levels of the epidermis. We are hit daily with airborne toxins and a weekly skin detox is highly advised.
Summer is an especially great time to do these detoxes as our homes are warmer and we can turn the shower off for 5 minutes and let the clay set. No need to let it dry all the way.
You can also use this clay for a daily armpit detox or add it into one of our body scrubs as an extra level of clean.

There are many ways to use this dry clay and what I list here are just a few of many ways to use this clay for healthy skin and hair.
1. EASIEST BODY CLAY MASK
Mix 2 tablespoons of the dry clay with just enough water to created a paste. Apply all over face and/or body(no need to avoid under eye area).
2. BODY TREATMENT
Add 1/2 teaspoon of clay to 2 tablespoons to one of our many body scrubs. Mix together in a a bowl and use on all parts of body.
This clay is deeply nourishing and is helpful for almost any condition. The softness of skin afterward is remarkable.

Helps with Hair & Beard Growth
I have been using this with the added hair options on my hair and beard consistently for about 4 months. Works great, helps with hair & beard growth. Fills in beard patches. Leaves hair and beard very soft. Does cause beard skin to tighten. Using in shower is easiest and cleanest beard use.

Clay body mask
Absolutely love this clay mask! Once (sometimes twice depending on this Texas heat) I will make a clay mask and spread it all over my face, underarms and girly bits...its great and deep cleansing and really getting those lymphatic regions open and clear.
