According to Ayurveda, Karanja Carrier Oil is anthelmintic, alexipharmic and useful in diseases of eye and skin. The oil has been used to treat wounds, ulcers, itching. It also reputed to cure piles, leucoderma, skin diseases and wounds.
I use Karanja Seed Oil in SHU and my Whipped Body Butters because it is very similar to Neem Oil but does not have the stinky strong smell of neem. It is an inexpensive oil that is extremely effective in the treatment of acne and a host of other issues.
